Mission & Vision
Aligned Holistics has changed throughout it’s journey. What started as a coaching services company dedicated to wellness has grown to a psychotherapy practice focused on trauma and resilience.
As leaders in effecting change it behooves us to practice what we teach. We credit our ability to embrace change as the driving force behind the high-quality services we provide. From coaching to therapy, we question when others accept. We research when others acquiesce. And most importantly, we love what we do. Personal development is not our work, it’s our mission.
Mental health is a right, not a privilege. Yet quality access is not granted to all. Systemic barriers should never prevent us from accessing the quality care we deserve. That’s why Amita devotes 30% of her practice to sliding scale clients.

The relationship, or “fit,” between you and I is just as important as my expertise.
I can’t expect you to open up in session without knowing anything about me, it wouldn’t be fair.
